Up for sale is a Swiss Oversized Single-Button Chronograph Wristwatch c. 1920s. This watch was originally sold from Mel Blanc’s collection in Christie’s auction October 29, 1997.
Case: Oversized, round, silver case no. 216281 measures 46mm, and features a single chronograph pusher, wire lugs, and hinged case-back.
Dial: White enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, black squelette hands, outer minute track, and subsidiary dials for constant seconds at 9 o’clock, and 30 minute register at 3 o’clock.
Band: Black band with silver buckle.
Movement: Manual winding mechanical movement no. 1256614.
Condition: Preowned. In very good vintage condition.
